nice work. hope to do my own street fighter character one day too. I think you need to work on the abs area. the bottom part looks like it is sagging like an old man who doesnt exercise at all which imo, looks outta place considering the definition of the rest of the body, and the top and mid ab looks incomplete, like you havent finished it. the lower part of the oblique below the lats also looks weird, the shape is telling me he is slightly chubby in that area, but the definition suggest otherwise. The folds on the shorts look kinda messy too, and the strap doesnt have tension, as u just extracted from a mask of the face and leave it at that. understand that you r done with it...so, i hope these comments help in your next work.
