So fed up with this picture zz attempt #1 = pc crashed without saving pic -> restart from scratch, attempt #2 = testing out a new technique that didn't go well -> restart from sketch, attempt #3 = no more faks to give. aaaand those background problems /sadfaceAnyways it's Grell, with one of his shirts ripped off..which made me lolmakeupanatomy enjoy guys, I'll try to work on my failatomy. Hopefully I'll upload more, really trying to get back into the whole drawing/painting thing since I haven't been regularly doing it for like 6 years zz

It has been a really long time since I've seen Grell art amazing as this. I love this. The colors are great, plus I love his pose and state of (un)dress. plus that expression with the hint of teeth is beautiful. Makes him look sexy and crazy. Love this!

lol so you ended up using this drawing I see. Well it came out REALLY freakin' good! wow! The hair is probably my favorite part because of the way you used the color to give it shape instead of lines like I do. I'm too stuck in my ways to try something like that

lol ya but this isn't the version I sent to you in that little explanation, that one was the scrapped attempt #2 cuz idk his face came out odd in the other one so zz. I really dislike lineart, but usually without lineart I lose the details (not so much in this pic since it doesn't really hvae details) and I color a LOT slower cuz I suck at rendering, and I get too ocd with edges. With lineart I can finish pics a lot faster, and it was originally the "drawing" aspect that I love more so than painting so

I was actually thinking partial lineart would be a good way to do this and then you told you do it as well lol So I'm assuming it works
I'm going to try it on my next one, but not the one I'm working on now
