Was it the one on the way to High Hrothgar? That one is quite a pain in the arse, especially when you're such a low level.

and yet, if you ask Klimmek what kind of animals can be found up there, all he'll say is wolves XO

good to know it's just not my game that shoves that frikkin troll on the path up.

Nope, it's a scripted event. Quite an annoying one actually. Most spawns in this game are scripted.

At least it means the game doesn't hate you. They can be problematic, especially when escaping a Thalmer Embassy with a butt ton of elves on your ass. DX

I just thought, ooh, Trapdoor key, let's go Lydia. Into the cave, see Mr. Frost Troll. Well, crap.

lol i never take followers anywhere. they always die on me, especially Lydia. I've given her ebony armor, and she still died after like 3 hits it seems.

As well as get in your way. Have you ever noticed that when she's your companion, your mantra(spelling?) is usually, "LYDIA!"

lol i do that with my horse all the time. get off, fight stupid bandits, can't find the horse. To fix that, at least all i have to do is just travel somewhere, but the horse should follow me!

they should make a tiny marker on our map where our current follower/horse is!

DragonPud In reply to Ti-R [2012-04-18 21:46:33 +0000 UTC]

only dragon you can ride on is a one-time-thing near the end of the main quest, unfortunately. Unless there's a mod out there *shrug*

oh gosh yes. having to get off the horse just gets the horse killed. i'd have given up on horses completely if not for Shadowmere, the horse that never dies XD
