First of all, real life portraiture I really suck at, so this is really nicely done. Love it!
A few things though, eyes and lips are a bit too wide and when drawing noses, don't make it too obvious, and make it a little less so by maybe using shading to suggest it's there, rather than drawing it all outright.
Except for that, great job!

Yeah, I kinda suck at drawing 'realistic' noses >.> I can draw anime ones though, lol. I also thought of doing the same, that is, shade to suggest the nose is there but it didn't turn out right and it looked weirder than what it looks now @@'

But, anime noses are so easy to draw. They're barely a line. I do remember from my old art teacher though that it was the nose that was the hardest part of the face to get right. I kinda agree with him there.

Yeah, he is right o__o Noses are difficult to draw and so is the hair @__@ In this drawing, the hair barely looks like hair even though I tried my best >.<
