I live in a city called Stavanger, south in Norway But I think our temp. is quite normal, it is never too cold or too warm. Sometimes in summer there have been 30 degrees.. so it can change I think this summer will end up in at least 20 degrees I hope..

I have never been that north as Lofoten, but I think it is very nice up there But if you are thinking there are vikings and icebears running in the streets, you are wrong! Many people from other continents thinks that Hehe, that is kind of funny!
If you have never been in Norway, you have to visit us!

vikings and icebears...haha, no i don't think that. I've been on Iceland last year, so i already saw vikings running around I like the moderate climate of the nordic countries, it never gets too hot. Stavanger is about 500km north from my place (Bremen), i just went out into the garden and hell yeah, i realized we have 12 degrees here too.

Yeah icelandic horses. The first time i've been on a horse, but they give a decent vehicle..Somehow mine didn't give a shit about steep ascents or ice-cold glacier water and stuff. Real horses! You have to go there, also the scenery is unique!

I love those horses I have been riding in many years, but I quit. And I miss the Iceland- horses a lot.

Oh the blue lagoon! Well, it's awesome there but it stinks In Reykjavik they don't have heat exchangers for their hot water system so it smells like eggs everytime you take a shower Always reminds you that you're standing on a huge volcano

I am shure that it stinks it Iceland, but that is because of all the sulfur My father thinks that the fish smells like sulfur!
They have a great energy source because of the water, but if you feel like you are standing in a vulcano and smells egg.. is it worth it?

Yeah, it's totally worth it! And it's only the steam and hot water stat smells
I don't know about the fish, i'm vegetarian but the cooked sheepheads looked delicious..

We have something called smalahåve in Norway, and it is something like that, cow's head and sheep's head. I have not tasted it, but I will give it a try But I will not eat the brain..

This is not everyday food in Norway, I have to say.. It is an old tradition To me it does not looks very well, but my dad loves it I have to give it a try. Here in Norway it is even more normal to eat taco, spagetthi and lasagna

Traditional food is great, so maybe sheephead-lasagne, cowhead-tacos and eyeball-pizza are market niches in Norway?
I mean we have stuff like 'toast hawaii' and 'pizza hawaii', it's that disgusting hawaiians didn't even hear about that. 'German' specialties...

A typical german dish? hmmm...at christmas most families have sausage and potato salad..There are many stereotypical 'german dishes' but people here eat mostly stuff like pizza, tacos, kebap and any other kind of fast-food. But typical german food isn't healthier either (As i'm from the northern part, we really have our local specialties like 'Labskaus'. It's made of corned-beef, potatoes, fried onions and served with gherkins and fried eggs. It's a fishermen specialty around here because and people were poor and that dish was cheap and easy to make.)
But what about stuff like cake, pie, cookies and stuff in Norway? I love that stuff and yeah, germans are good at making it. And of course: sausages. You really can't imagine how friggin many kinds of sausage we have..Germany, kingdom of sausages Aaah, and pretzels! Pretzels are definitely german And of course our beer!

We also have labskaus in Norway! One of our traditions.

Cakes? Hmm... I don't think we have any norwegian cakes, but for dinner we often eat pancakes and fishcakes I hate fishcakes. And for dessert I love brownies, cheesecake, carrotcake, oreocake and fruitcakes We have something called ''rullekake'', and I think that is a norwegian tradition.

We have something called ''lefse'' which is veeery good! And ''vafler''.. mm <3 You have to google it!

When your country have the beer, we got our cultura milk! It is a tradition to eat it with komler/ gomps with bacon and lamb Hope you understand something of this
