Here's Kooky Von Koopa for my reboot project! You can see some basic information for his character beneath his name.

1) A full body of Kooky. For the most part, Kooky looks similar to his appearance in the original show. However, there are two added details. First, the reboot Kooky has braces. Secondly, he now wears a pair of a goggles (usually worn atop his head). Due to his frequently lack of sleep, Kooky has heavy dark circles.

2) Kooky's magic wand. Kooky has one of the most powerful wands, and he keeps it with him by storing it in his shell.

3) A drawing of Kooky from behind. This angle makes it easier to see that he has a twisted tail and a single spike on his shell.

4) Kooky's emblem: A lightning K inside of a gear, all colored in the same blue as his wand and hair. This emblem appears on every invention Kooky makes, including the Doomship.

This blue furball belongs to Nintendo and DIC Entertainment.
