You should make sure what you are saying is correct before making these kind of accusations. When he claims that nothing in there is his, he means the resources he has used to make this image. He made the image using resources other people have made for this very purpose. Such as the c4d's,render,background, so from what I can see nothing has been stolen you have misinterpreted what he has said.
