Can you make do something like this:
Misty gets kidnapped by a female Team Rocket grunt, demanding all the Pokemon at the Cerulean City Gym. When Misty refuses, the Grunt has a Vileplume use Sleep Powder on her. When she wakes up, she's strapped down to a table. The Grunt gives her another chance, but Misty remains tight-lipped. So the Grunt removes her footwear, and calls out 2 dog Pokemon, giving Misty one last chance, but she still isn't agreeing. So the Grunt has the dog Pokemon lick Misty's feet and toes, sending her through a ticklish nightmare. Eventually, Misty's sisters appear and have Dewgong headbutt the Grunt into a wall, knocking her out. They then command the dog Pokemon to stop, who surprisingly obey. They then free Misty, who thanks them greatly. She dries off her feet, and puts her shoes back on. It's revealed then that the dog Pokemon were stolen from a breeding center where they've been trained to obey any order, so they strap the Grunt to the table, and put her through the same torture, ending the comic.
