Oh wow, another Bowser tickle picture. What a surprise

One day, Bowser decided to rest against a tree to take a nap.
When he woke up, he found a large boa constrictor had wrapped around him, pushing his spikes into the tree. He suddenly felt the tail tickle under his chin. He giggled, and then realized what was happening. The snake proceeded to lick his tongue all over Bowser's hyper-sensitive sole, sending the king into hilarious laughter. It was all he could do to struggle, weakened by the tickling.
...Several hours later, the torture continued...
