commission forits her OC Misery fighting android 13 from the dragon ball z movie, in case you dont get whas going on here, she stabbed him with her weapon ( called sorrows of death) on his side and he grabbed the chain attached to it to try to cut it with his other hand, and she is just pulling on it to cause him more pain

It just occurred to me: Is #13 fully robotic (like #16) or is he a cyborg (like #17 and #18)? The fact that he absorbed #14's and #15's cores to power up isn't really evidence either way - Cell was fully organic and could absorb androids for power.
Where are they? Is that Earth (or dragonball's earth), or a distant planet? The ruins don't look like anything on the Dragonball world's earth, but the forest looks fairly earth-like. And, of course, the Dragonball Z world's epic tendenancy to spout volcanoes for particularly epic clashes. That's a given, you know. You can't have an epic confrontation without volcanoes and/or lava. "World's Strongest", much of the Frieza fight, and (sort of) when #16 fought Cell.
How strong are the muscles on Misery's wings? Because (effectively) having 6 limbs, and two with large reach, could prove pretty useful... provided they are strong. If they aren't, they could make #13's 'wrastlin' style pretty dangerous.
Here's hopin' Misery got some major training in between working for Frieza and fighting #13. Otherwise I don't think she stands a chance - #13 gave a beating to even Super Saiyans even before he acquired #14's and #15's power cores.

well, since she resembles kratos from god of war, the scenario is a little like a greek temple, a destroyed greek temple or so, the erupting volcanoe which represents the heat of the battle and chaos of the place they are at, a dark sky with thunders to make it more chaotic, and well a forest, cause i just didnt know what to put there to make it look good hehehe and oh the smoke beneath them which is the dust and debris from the templeΒ΄s destruction
and i dont now much about miseryΒ΄s power if she would be able to stand up to android 13, but i just made it look like she did to make it more epic, a one sided battle is boring you know , plus i think is what the commissioner wanted
