In case you were wondering (and don't lie, I know you all were.), no, Ephidell didn't bite her ;3 He just took advantage of an injury that was already there.
There's a lot of things that I don't like about this picture. Really, it's insane. Mhirou looks too small, her entire bottom half is all out of whack, the tails don't look as good as I hoped they would, Ephidell's arms are too long--
I could go on, but I won't 83 If you spot something else, feel free to tell me. And I'll give you a cookie if you can find the one spot I didn't shade before I flattened all the layers like a moron.
Lame background. But it works.
This nightmare of a picture has taken over a month of my time, and I kept wanting to abandon it, but I STUCK THROUGH to the end and I finished it. Aren't you proud?

Holy shiz crap Tic. D:! This is like. Freaking AMAZING. This entire piece is just stunning! I don't know where to begin but I'll try to start off with the hair... since that was one of the things I first noticed. 👍: 0 ⏩: 1
1) Colors and detailings 0:!
I absolutely LOVE the hair. +__+ I love how you can see the strands, and how it looks all flowy and loose, and the way you shaded it also is just... orefgmreg ! <33 Same thing goes with the tails. What I really like in Mhirou's tail is the black border. Like when some people make colored tails they have a smooth cut off between the colors. I love how you make it seem like the color is just painted on. xD It looks like the color was actually meant to be there and it's kinda rigid. I think that's just awesome detailing! (And then the same goes with Ephidell's streak. It kinda emerges and blends into his hair color. Lovely touch. <3)
2) Now to the poses and lineart! >:0
The poses; Look like they were hard to pull off. 
3) Clothes! >:0
Ephidell's clothing was shaded and linearted with perfection. Mhirou's clothes were also shaded wonderfully, I just noticed Ephidell's mroe on the count of he has more ruffles and bags in his clothing. I really love the outcome of Ephidell's left sleeve and collar. Looks spiffeh. o0o
The blood on Mhirou's clothes is also very well done.
This overall picture is just plain win Tic. <3 Wonderful job! <3~~

I LOVE long-ass comments, they make my day. Especially when they're categorized long-ass comments like this, then I know where to find everything 8D
Glad you like the hair, since I was kind of experimenting on that and it took forever. It LOOKS awesome, it's just discouraging to do since it takes so long XD The tails took longer, though. And I'm glad someone noticed that, about Mhirou's tail :3 I was going to just leave it static, but then I figured I might as well go the whole hog if I was going to make it all realistic-like.
It was a bad pose to pick to draw, but that's how it happened in the roleplay, so I kind of didn't have all that much of a choice XD There are things off about it, sure, but I'm glad I'm getting around to more experimenting and less trashing everything I draw before it makes it past half a sketch.
Baggy clothes are easier to shade. Which is why I draw them more :3

Usually the best things in life take some time. ;D Even though it's usually an ass to be paitent about it. xD; And really the tail hairs (aha. that made me laugh some how. xD) took longer? 0: *Looks again* Oh I can kinda see it now. 0: It looks like the tails took more strokes than the hair. No? Even if not, I could kinda see tails being an ass to shade and pull off.

That kinda pose is never easy to pull off- I've tried it myself a couple times, but I gave up. I really like the detail and effort you put into it. Their hair (and fur) looks really cool- I'd love to see a tutorial on how you do it! The shading and highlights look soft and subtle- really natural.

Well, you shouldn't worry about her lower half, those kinds of poses are a bitch to do. You did a great job on this. c: The hands and feet are very nice, and the hair is very realistic and well done, especially Mhriou's (but Ephidell's isn't shabby either). And I think I've told you this before, but your folds are fantastic.
I think there's probably only two things to critique, Ephidell's left hand (his knuckles look a little too small) and their tails ( I actually like the way you shaded them A LOT, but I agree with Sin, I wouldn't have outlined them.)
Rest assured, this picture was worth the time you spend on it. Lovely job, Tic. <3

I agree with you on the hand, though. That's what I get for trying to hide limbs in plain view 83 And I never really would have thought of not outlining the tails--I can try to mess with it, but it's hard to do anything since I flattened the layers. Huh. I wonder if that would look any better...

Feet are SO annoying. D:< That's why most of my characters wear shoes or just don't have visible feet. But you made them very realistic here. :3 I have that hand problem a lot as well.
I'm pretty sure your "flawed" pictures would beat my "good" pictures by a long shot. D:

They ARE, aren't they? I try to get out of it wherever I can, but since I can't draw SHOES either, I have to go for either paws or boots. I was into socks for a while, but then I realized it made my characters look like they had bags on their feet...

Well, I actually can't draw shoes either. Or at least real shoes. More like...glorified ovals. And paws for me are usually pretty awkward looking.

What I ike to do, when I actually resort to visual art instead of words ( :3) is not to have an idea that I start out with, or at least a very vague one. That way, since you don't have an exact plan of what you want, you can't really be angry with yourself if it doesn't turn out 'right'. Since there was no 'right' to begin with.

Well, the thing with this picture is, it's a scene from a roleplay--and even though it was never really described exactly how he was picking her up, I knew it was something like this going on. And even THIS is infinitely better than the first rough draft that I trashed a while ago...

Well, no matter how discouraged you can get, you just have to keep trying I guess.
It's still good. I liked it; and even if it wasn't (Being evil here) Picture Perfect, you still conveyed what was going on, and a lot of times, that's far more important than anything else. I come across the same thing in my writing.

But you know how long and hard I looked to find that? Nobody is going to notice.
It's beautiful. <3 I love Mhirou's hair, actually. The transition from brown to black is wonderfully smooth. And the blood smeared on her face is quite well done. Their hands are very well drawn too.
I don't think the proportions are as off as you think, but I'm not really an expert. It just looks like their heads might be a tad big.
And after some practice, fur like that gets easier to do. It's more for realistic things... I don't think I would have outlined if I used that kind of shading.
Overall though, it's amazing. <3

I probably should have put more black in, really. But yeah. Ever since I started shading like that, it's been easier to make hair coloring look...not...bad?
I think that's a big part of it. I knew SOMEthing was off, but I couldn't put my finger on it, so I didn't fix it...
I don't think I would have done the tails like that if I hadn't done the hair the same way before it--I thought it would look nice, and I was WRONG, but it was too late to turn back so now I have to sit back and live with the monster I've created. :3
Really. I WANT to be proud of it, but, it's just...there's too much I don't like about it. It makes me frustrated. I'm glad you like though <3

Yeah, the hair would have looked misplaced if you hadn't shaded the tails like that. It does look good, and there's no hurt in trying.

I honestly can't tell you how many pictures I've started and never finished, so I'm proud of you for sticking though. Which is kinda weird, but I guess I think of it someone accomplishing something that I couldn't do. Ya know what I mean, Tic-tic? :3
Anyway, I love the shading. Especially in the hair since Centch can't draw hair to save her life. XD

I help Nestly out with all of her drawings and even though I'm no where near perfection myself, if you want, I'd be more than happy to help you redlines, if you like. I know what you mean XD And when I used to draw everything on paper, a lot of my drawings ended with a circle, an eye, and maybe a bit of sketch, so I definitely know what you're talking about <:3;
Well, you're certainly better at anatomy than I am! It's not like I don't want to ask for help (anything that improves my work is a good thing X_x), I just...never get on AIM, or take the initiative and note people about my works in progress so they can give me pointers.
