The ambulances in dream-land are faster-than-light vehicles called merkabah, which are pulled/powered by giant dimension-hopping moths. Incidentally, these are the same moths that bring sleeping human souls to dream-land. I'm not sure what's up with the roses. They're sort of just there.Related content
