Here is the new cover for Eski. 
Page 1 will be coming tomorrow. ;D. Well, it's not certain, but very possible. I love comparing things to old projects. XD

Notes: I was originally going to have a very abstract cover, however after many MANY attempts, I eventually thought that simplicity would work the best if I used nice colours, so this is what I got.
This series is read from left to right.

looking at that old project you linked, you have good focus in both, but there's more power and dynamism in this cover 
As for the right-to-left-to-right debacle, I think back in the day when people outside of East Asia began to take an interest and create their own 'western' manga, people tried to go right to left, but that's kind of fizzled out. Since we're from cultures which read left to right, we can use the style and influence from Japanese/Asian comics and we don't lose anything by appealing to those who will actually be reading our work : D (and as a side note, I gave right-to-left a shot a few years ago, but I wasn't that fond of it, but that's just me).

Well my previous series was done right to left, since I read a LOT of manga, so the storyboarding is natural to me in that way. But yes I see what you mean when taking cultures into consideration. :/ I'm straying off to doing it left to right... But still undecided. D;

WELL, on the one hand, if you do make it eastern format, and this series makes it bigtime to be shipped worldwide, it'll be easier for the easterners to read. XD
