This picture was inspired by my favourite childhood movie “The Secret of NIMH
I always was amazed byMrs.Brisbys bravery and how far she would go to save her son. In my opninion this character trait also fits to Toriel even if you look at her past and why she shuts herself in the ruins.

I love The Secret Of NIMH (my favorite of Don Bluth's movies) and I love Undertale, and it's great that you've managed to connect them somehow. Shame that Elizabeth Hartman had to take her own life the way she did. She would have made an excellent Toriel.
Fun Fact: On my own playthrough of Undertale, I used the name "Brisk" as a nod to how Don Bluth had to change "Frisby" to "Brisby" to avoid legal issues with the makers of the Frisbee.
