Description

Today is a big day. It's my birthday, and i decided to put the first page of my story, which i have had in mind since my adolescence, i named: Union and differences.

I started this story on Paint, but after i started practicing Photoshop and there was a big difference between the two software, i decided to redo it on Photoshop.

I suffered from a huge problem of perfectionism in this story, i still suffer from it, but today i have detached myself from it a little. It took me a long time to realize that no matter what i do, nothing is perfect.

This story is inspired by the many fanseries on Youtube that i watched, mainly those with animals ( All lone ones, Cow of the wild...If you know.), which really fascinated me.

I hope you will like this story if you read it.

Lolita wakes up. She once again had a bad night, whether it was because of the cold, the hard and uncomfortable floor, or her painful thoughts.

For a normal red fox, the cold and sleeping on a hard floor cause no problems, thanks to their magnificent thick, red fur. They would also have no reason to be so sad, because they has everything to be happy: water, food, a burrow, parents who guide them with love, in their beginning of life, friends, whether of their species or another species, a mate, no matter what gender they are, and even pups.

But Lolita was born without fur...

She just has a pink, sensitive skin. She had to be born like that. Nature decided that she was born like that...

A fox born without it's red fur is not a fox, but a hideous creature.

The mockery, the judgements, and the rejections, Lolita had to live with that. Her parents, her brother and, her sister were the only ones who gave her all the love she needed. But all of them have had a tragic fate.

Her parents were killed by hunters, her sister Roxane was swept away by the river, and her brother Toki was thrown into an avalanche.

Today Lolita is all alone, and in a great sadness...

Because of her particularity, the other animals in the forest make fun of her, and reject her, some even beat her.

She walks for a long time in the forest, head and ears down ans eyes half closed, to try to find something to eat, while ignoring the hurtful comments of the other animals who see her passing.

She walks faster, when she hears more and more animals coming closer to her, with more and more hurtful comments.

" What is this ?! "

" Err it's horrible ! "

" No coat, no feathers and no scales, monstruous ! "

Then she hits her head on something hairy. She looks up, and sees that she has kicked the leg of a male puma. Next to him stands another female puma that looks like him. Lolita guesses that they are siblings, and that they must be the same age as her, 1 year old more or less.
