If can't find what you need....make it! for long time been trying to find a decent case to hold all my prismacolors, sharpies, and bic markers i use in my artwork, but have had to tinker with making something myself, usually an altered box for them. However i found this very nice rotating cd holder and with some pliers, hot glue, a saw, exacto knife and about a day's worth of work i created this holder for everything i use the most and it came out great. after i pulled out those slots to slide cds into i sawed them to size and they were perfect for holding my smaller sharpies and bic markers in place. while i cut and sanded pieces of basswood i got at the craft store into shelves and dividers for the prismacolors. and have extra spots for my cup of pens and pencils and gel pens use now and then. over all i am very happy and proud of how this came out. and only cost about $8 over all for the wood cd holder from the local goodwill and a few sheets of basswood at the art/craft store. weee eit spins *twirls it* ^^Original: MINE X3

single prismacolors usually range around 3-4 dollars in store. i order mine online at dickblick.com cause get them for $2 instead.

the markers? got the full prismacolor set on ebay and the sharpie and bic markers bought at different stores.

i can get into more detailing later on since dont have much time online here atm. but you pretty much just need some bass wood (any craft store should have it and really cheap) exacto knife and hot glue gun. and of course something to build it into. start by measuring the shelves in the bass wood and cut some out, you want they to fit snuggly into the thing building in. first take a handful of your markers and lay them on the bottom of the area building, put the cut piece of wood over them. while heating up the hot glue gun, cut a long thin popcicle shaped piece of bass wood. you'll use this to smooth out and get rid of extra hot glue when putting it on. make sure you can move the markers under the bass wood smoothly and anre't tight or anything then put on hot glue and use the popcicle pice to brush away the extra glue, dont need much. then repeat about 50 times lol.
