Haven't dolled in forever so starting a collab with my city-tan OC, San Francscio, as practice~ ; u ; It's hard to use Paint on my laptop. Not to mention I had to download the older version of it. New Paint is crap. >:IFeel free to doll whatever OC you want, but another city-tan woud be awesome.
I don't know how to shade hair anymore. *SOBS*
