I started this one very late 2011 and thought I finished it early 2012. Well, not so much. So I fiddled with it over the years. However, it's time to finally lay it aside and call it done. No masterpiece but... something.I just wanted to try myself on snow. As usual I started with a plate I created with Vue. Rendered out the scene as well as various additional elements and combined it all in Photoshop. A lot of overpainting and fixing happened there (as usual).
Right now it's really cold around here in Germany and a sweet little romantic snowy mountainside scene may lift the mood a bit. Snow can be a cool thing (no pun intended!). Not so much in the city though.

it beautiful its nice to see so much plant life, branches in the foreground remind me a little of Bob Ross saying "now, lets get a little bit crazy" and then paints a black line down the middle of his picture then suddenly its a tree

That long, eh? I think the outcome looks pretty close to finalized though. It only slightly gives off a bit of a painterly feeling, but that's not a bad thing at all.

Gefällt mir echt gut. Kälte kommt gut rüber, tolle Arbeit an den zwei Bäumen im Vordergrund
Hab grad den "rohen" render gesehen, echt krass, was Du mit Photoshop draufhast, da arbeite ich grade dran hinzukommen, wird noch ein langer Weg!
