Nothing too fancy this time. Basically a quickie concept for a The Luminarium topic a while back. I wish I had more time for this but my head is nowhere and everywhere these days. I tried myself on creating a tiny glimpse into some upper class administration levels of a huge megacity. A clean and nicely designed environment. All that without to go into too much unneccessary detail. It's surely not my best... but it's different.
