She used a red stone, that wasn't actually the red stone of Aja since Caesar decided to hide it in a different dimension so Kars couldn't get to it. And the stone that she used, the one that Isaac have given to her, had a far greater power, way much more deadly than the Aja stone itself.

And yes, she can run or walk on all fours like some sort of wyvern dragon. But that isn't her full height, obviously. It is when she actually stands on her two feet. That is her full height. Which is pretty massive. And this was obviously one of the effects of the stone.

Oh and her skin is also very sparkly and glittery too.
