So I think the two young Stans that appeared in the show are actually (twin) bros who swapped bodies with the electron carpet. Maybe that kind explains why Stan(ford)'s car's named the 'Stanley Mobile'. I have to work with that theory, since it's kind of messed up

I love the theory that Stan has a twin brother, my theory is that Stanley was helping Mcguket write the books at the time they were being written, and McGuket went crazy because of Bill cipher, then Stanley took over and then hid the books, so Bill gets mad at him and either kills or sends him to another dimension, I like to think he was killed because, The time traveler showed up again in Gideon rises, the same episode where Stan opens some portal, I think Stan was the one causing time trouble, maybe he was trying to go back in time to save his brother from being killed. Stanley: Is just like Dipper
So Grunkle Stan sees Stanley in Dipper and tells Dipper the mysterys are nonsense, just to protect him from his brothers fate. that is what i think

Bill will have another speaking role

The new character will be be a good guy until he (or she) betrays Dipper and reveals to be in league with Gideon and or BillΒ
Bill will get his revenge on Gideon for calling of their deal in the "Dreamscapers" episodeΒ
Dipper and Mabel will find out about Stan's secret and may go through the portal (with Stan)Β
And one of the episodes will take place on the 4th of JulyΒ
