Description
A new character design, and my first male character that I have drawn in years. I wanted to give him a bad boy image which I think I pulled off pretty well. He was orginially going to have long straight hair but that just didn't seem to work with him so I went with a more wild shorter hair. And yes, that is a lip ring.

Okay, this is Holt and is from the same story Aldora and Ceres are from only on the opposite side. That's right, he is one of the "good guys" you can say. And here is a twist, he's a vampire. But if you think he is going to be all emo and angsty think again. He was born a vampire, he will always be a vampire and he is damn proud of it. He works with the orginization that is trying to stop Aldora and as a result he spends a lot of time in Main realm among humans. His partner is Kya who is a a very perky kitsune which he gets along with very well oddly enough. There is also a little imp on their time that has a tendency to find all his buttons and push them.

In the story, real vampires are not like their pop culture counter parts. A human can't turn into a vampire any more then a guppy can turn into a shark. Also they don't have the same weaknesses as like for holy symbols, burning from holy water. There is still a bit of a weakness from the sun, meaning they're eyes are more sensitive and his powers are less then half percent. They still have to drink blood to keep up their strenght but it doesn't have to come from a human and there are some potions that can simulate the effects of blood that can act as a good subsitute. The whole modern pop culture vampire legends kind of get on Holt's nerves. Especially when he gets splashed with holy water by some fanatic and it ruins his clothes.

Some info on Holt's personality:
He is anything but angsty. He is a high spirited person who likes to go out and have a good time. When he is in the human world, the Main Realm, he likes to hang out in arcades and play video games, even if he is on assignment. Most of the time he wears sunglasses due to having to be out in the sun a lot while on assignment. He dislikes how humans have protrayed vampires and really hates being teased about how he should be angsty. Most of the time he drinks the potions that simulates blood but he does drink blood from the source in emergancies and even then he doesn't take enough to kill unless it his enemy.
