More modern day/New Teufort-related stuff. Tried to create a bust against illegal arms dealers, led by armoured police here. It kind of worked, maybe?I am dead inside...

Luckily this is New Teufort's police and not Gotham's. GCPD, at least according to a whole load of comics and the TV-series Gotham, is corrupt as heck.

Who produces weapons in New Teufort, now that all 3 Mann Brothers are dead, Saxton Hale is working for Charles Darling, and the Announcer is in hiding?

Since New Teufort takes place in modern day Britain, Mann Co has been inactive and bankrupt since 1994 (according to the lore I have came up with). The weapons are therefor bought from other firms, most likely illegally.

So what sort of weapons are produced now that Mann Co. is dead? I'm guessing New Teufort's modern weapons are a bit more advanced than the Holy Mackerel?

I would rather say that it is like how weapon production looks like today - manufactured by a bunch of companies in the world. Let us remember that just because Mann Co was leading on this kind of thing in the TF2-lore that didn't mean they had a monopoly on the weapon market.
