I tried to acutally do a background for once...I know most of my Sonic pics will never happen for real, but that's what fanart is for, right? ^^
My usual favorite combination is here: Tails and Amy.
I added Charmy because he can rock too.
And this time, Cream is the damsel in distress (and Cheese the helpless mascot).Imagine... if Sonic used up all the positive energy of the Chaos Emeralds and all's left is the negative energy...
Inspiration song for this deviation: Mighty Obstacle (Ys VI: Ark of Napishtim). It's an egyptian-style boss battle song with crazy guitar rifts and all.

*Shadow and Sonic get there to see Amy trying to hit him*
Sonic: KNUCKLES! what are doing?!
Me: Knuckles you leave me no choice! *Tackles him making him let go of Cream*
Knuckles: GET OFF OF ME! *Punches her hard in the face*
Me: AHH! *Goes flying into a wall*
Amy: YOU BASTARD! *hits Knuckles with Hammer*
Shadow: SHADE!!
Sonic: Tails, Amy! get out of here with Shade! we'll take care of Knuckles!
Tails: *Nods*
Amy: B-but...
Tails: *grabs Shade* COME ON AMY!
Amy: Β B-be careful.. *runs away with Tails*
