You know what this also tells me? Leo isn't as good at hiding his bullshit as Donnie is at hiding his. I mean, with Donnie, everyone and their dog can see that he has bullshit, but he's also clearly mentally ill, and it may be easier for him to obfuscate such that his family can dismiss it as him struggling with his illness - when you're already always weird, then you effectively never are, because the weird is normal. But Leo's role in the family was always one that emphasized leadership, responsibility and trustworthiness, which means that if something about him is out of place, it's going to be all the more noticeable. Donnie also lives in isolation as much as possible, while Leo is spending more than enough time with others who can observe him and all his little quirks.

Mikey is not impressed and most surely already has some sort of thoughts / clue there's something wrong since Leo is not behaving all that "normally" if I can say so.

Actually, he should continue changing, in the direction of becoming wiser while still remaining a loving, caring person. He's one of the savviest people in the story now, and that was certainly not the case 17 years ago.

I think he still would see Leo as family, but the question of being able to trust him again is another matter. If only Mikey could see his Mirage main universe version. Leo has killed thousands of innocent people, maybe? The main universe's Mikey has willingly participated in the murder of millions, and he's not even carrying a supernatural curse. These are very damaged people with their own reasons for doing terrible things, but for now MNTG Mikey is actually the more functional one, in part because he has dealt with his curse for a long time and seems to have conquered its symptoms. He's a seasoned veteran of this kind of grief. Learning the truth will anger and hurt him and make him feel betrayed, but this isn't his first rodeo. In fact, judging by this page, I think Mikey's already suspecting what Leo has been telling him doesn't completely add up, and may have been suspecting for quite some time. I think he believes something is off about all this, but he doesn't know all the details.
...Though trying to predict MNT Gaiden plot developments in advance has never been an easy thing to do, so I could be entirely wrong.

So true~ I think any issue he's going to have with Leo is the blatant murder of innocent people specifically kids. He's not so altruistic or heroic to think that any murder is inherently evil and knows that sometimes saving the greater good means a huge sacrifice. He's never been opposed to violence or killing at all, especially when it's warranted, but he's the one that is going to draw the line somewhere. Combined with that it involves children AND that it will cause Raph grief when he learns just how much he's been deceived - that's the line he'll refuse to cross. I really don't think he'll actually *blame* Leo for participating because it's the motivation there that counts. But letting Raph believe that it's that simple, that relieving him of the burden of the curse doesn't come with a serious price tag and also that his help is being given under false pretenses - that's unforgivable because Raph in a way is pretty delicate when it comes to trust. For Raph to heal he NEEDS that trust. If it gets broken from the truth coming out there may be no going back for him 
But yeah - predictability in MNTG? NAaaaaaahhh!! That's what makes it so lovely
