Description
When Shadow told Amy about a promise he made to her near the end of the story in Sonic Adventure 2, I thought it was really kind of him. Too bad it's the only time we see him interact with Amy...So I speculated and did something crazy. >U<

I'm a SonAmy shipper and I always have been. But I have always loved this pic from years ago. i'm not sure why. I think it's because the Shadow we know now is not the same Shadow that we had when we first saw him in SA2. After SA2, Shadow took a darker turn in his character. Unlike in SA2, when we saw Shadow having weakness - or vulnerability, if you wanna call it that. Amy showed him through her innocence (and maybe her being a bit naive) that there was still goodness in the world and in the human race, helping him to understand Maria's wish. If it weren't for Amy walking by on the ARK and pleading Shadow for help, I'm sure that Shadow would have never taken the road that leads to Light. I could honestly see Shadow having high regard and respect for Amy and Amy the same for Shadow - so I really can understand the ShadAmy ship. Anyway, enough ranting - love the pic! It's amazing!

Hey, did you know when I was like...8 or 9 years old this is the picture that got me into ShadAmy? I was looking up sonic couples on google (to which I remember) and I saw this picture~ Lol, I remember how confused I was when I saw comments from people on this submission and the signatures in the comments, lol. I didn't know about DA though so it was weird...
