Remember the Shadow sketch I did long ago?I went back to it and added Tails to the mix.
Tails is apparently mad at Shadow... the rest is all interpretation.
Notice that there is "Live and Learn" written on the wall behind Shadow.

Heh. I initially thought you meant Shadow from your MNT Gaiden comic.
This is very good, although it seems a little out of character for Tails, in my opinion. Although I guess what it depends on what Shadow (allegedly?) did to get in those chains in the first place.
