Welcome..O gosh, erm.coloring keeps going off. It was going to be semi-realistic but that would have been back braking. Ended with a weird blend of cell shade and soft again. XD
Well at least its finally done.

You need to twist around that guy with the white hair's hand. Other wise it's really good. Maybe darker shading would be good too.

I think that you drew the angle of the white haired dude's right hand kinda weird...and the sape of his left hand holding the gun towards the viewed looks a little odd also but I don't see any problems with the coloring unless you wanted to brighten everything up :3
Your shading is waaay better than mine
Also, dunno why but part of your style reminds me of Cowboy Bebop
