Look at the cuteness!!!The little ponies are actually sprites that walk around called Shimejis.
I got the ponies from a site called Desktop Ponies.

I just have Fluttershy and Big Mac walking around at the moment. :3

Well I originally got the ponies from the website, but it seems to have gone offline.
Had to look through Equestria daily to figure out what was up.

How do you open the Desktop Ponies? I have winRAR and I click the Pony I want (Lets say Celestia) and its just a bunch of random pictures and readme.txts

You have to download the entire folder full of the ponies.
If you already have it saved from winrar, there's a little icon of Twilight sparkle when you first go into the folder. For me, its at the bottom after I've scrolled past all the folders with the ponies names.
Click the icon with Twilight Sparkle and the program starts up. :3 Type in how many you want of whichever pony and then click "give me ponies!"

If not, I just open the file in the program and extract them to a folder. Except for the desktop ponies, I just update the files...

They talk to each other, follow each other around, and when I have the main girls and Celestia they actually sing the theme song!
