Please click the [link] to see the lineart of these pictures before I coloured them!I spent most of the time colouring Zelda, followed by Link and then Ruto! Half way through colouring Link I had an urge to finish quickly it so I did it really fast (that's my excuse for the sloppiness)!
I quite like the colours on Zelda on this one (she doesn't look too pale), but Link's colouring in is kinda silly, and Ruto's are very messy! But this is a 'trail' run and that's why it's in scraps!
After sketching and then scanning these pictures, I used the airbrush tool in PSP8 to colour them. I also went on google and found pictures of Link/Zelda/Ruto and used their colours as palettes!

It seems that Link is taking Zelda's kiss by surprise. maybe Link perfers Ruto over Zelda and is surprise Zelda is kissing his cheek, who knows what is going on here. I do feel pretty bad for Ruto because I am a big time Link/Ruto couple fan.
