if you want to know more about DOD3, check out this video:

download and unzip this file, then put the pak file into your game folder like "StreetFighterV\Content\Paks\~mods",
if you don't have a "~mods" folder, just simply create one.

If there is a problem with color matching, it might be a conflict thing...you have too many mods
If you have the original costume but you see nothing changed, try to change the file's name to something simple like "abc.pak"
If you need to swap this mod to some other costume or character, you can ask or learn from a very handsome guy Mr.Robhal
