Description
Alias: Casey the Cargo Train, Casey the Choo-Choo Train (back when he was only a cartoon), “The Horror Express” (by Sammy), “Caboose” (by Ally; only person allowed to call him that)Species: Ink Cargo/Steam Train Hybrid
Gender: Gender Fluid (Referred to as the pronoun “he” mainly but not actually known)
Age: 90 (yrs since creation)
Allegiance: Neutral (of course); Decepticon (he likes the destruction better than the saving aspect all of the Autobots follow)
Weapons: Sharp teeth (capable of biting through titanium with little to no repercussions), mandibles (used for latching onto prey and dragging them inside the mouth but can be used elsewhere), car doors (can slam enemies down), venom (like a snake, his venom can neutralize large prey in a matter of seconds)
Bio: Upon the destruction of the Ink Machine (or so Henry thought), Bendy and the other ink creations went into a hibernation state of sorts as the souls of the former employees and the demon himself were bound to the Machine so as long as it was intact, the curse would still be active. Unfortunately, the Machine held a hidden pentagram on its chassis rendering it indestructible but unknown to Henry, bound the man to it as well after he touched it, cursing him with the same type of immortality the ink monsters have (meaning he is forever stuck in his 60’s until the Machine is dead). However, 60 years later, the phenomenon known as the Allspark shattered its casing and pieces scattered throughout North America and one piece found its way between Detroit and Chicago, the old studio of Joey Drew. With the piece embedded in the middle of the pentagram, the Ink Machine's powers grew tenfold not only fixing the old toons but bringing out more enabled monsters who this time were exact to who they were said to be. There was a slight catch: since the Allspark was Cybertronian, its design emitted the same structure, turning Bendy and the toons into Cybertronian-based immortals.
Casey was by far the biggest accidental awakening on the Machine’s part. This was because Casey is too unpredictable and would probably destroy it if he got the chance. Other than that, Casey was the largest toon created (length wise more so with Boris technically the tallest) and the most difficult to create. It took the Machine nearly 45 hours to render his form completely since so much ink had to be pumped to it to even finish one car of Casey’s body. Another unusual detail was that the original Casey was a steam train but the Allspark-infused Machine seemed to have tried to make him into a more modern locomotive style which resulted in a mutated mixture of both train types. This has led to extreme confusion and may explain his rather two-toned personality.
Casey also acts as Bendy’s watchdog, his pet of sorts. Most people have cats or dogs or hellhounds but not Bendy. Instead, he has a homicidal train as his family snake-like abomination. He patrols the rebuilt studio and acts as its guardian, hunting anybody who trespasses. He also has his own personal junkyard just outside which had been abandoned sometime in the late 70’s or so as most cars were from that time era. He snacks on them from time to time as his size allows for impossible consumption of items not many things can digest. His ink inside takes roughly an hour to dissolve the metal and that long before people inside began to drown within if eats a vehicle with passengers (which he has done).
Speaking of eating, Casey is a very heavy eater. He eats over five times a normal toon’s maximum capacity and being toons, their stomachs break the laws of physics constantly. He can digest living and nonliving things but with living, his car that holds the illusionistic stomach can take much pressure and can withstand movement through a hardened multi-layered ink interior to prevent his prey from breaking loose out of him. He is also a great hunter, loving to chase his prey and run them ragged to his amusement.
Personality: Casey comes off immediately as cunning and devious, often playful but ready for anything. Then again, he doesn’t have much to fear being as menacing as he is in appearance alone. He is also a very big softie among those he likes, smiling goofily and purring as if nothing can break his spirit. He follows mainly Bendy’s orders, taking any chance to cause chaos but can be easily deterred if refused. He even becomes disheartened if scorned and will coil tightly if brought to be ashamed of his actions, not coming apart until he no longer senses anger.
There is an aspect of him that comes off as maternal towards certain characters like Ally who he helps take care of as well as being very heated and off put every few months. This is believed to be the equivalent of female traits like being motherly and going through the menstrual cycle. Since Casey’s gender is not actually specified at all in the cartoons and he doesn’t speak except in low toned growls and grunts with occasional whistles, it is possible he is much more feminine than assumed. Bendy is one of the few who will interchange pronouns given whatever he thinks of first at the time while others like Sammy will refer to Casey as “she” and Alice talks with the pronoun “he”. Whichever is used, he doesn’t mind.
He seems to be very judgmental of others and will be the first to decide whether he likes someone or not even before the other toons make up their minds. If he senses anything bad among a person, he will act passive-aggressive until proven wrong and target them for his benevolent satisfaction. He even goes as far as attempting to kill them if his mind isn’t changed within a certain period of time. He is also very observant, no deed gets past him and he definitely won’t let it slide if he doesn’t like it. The only exception to this is with Bendy or the toons as he is too deeply loyal to their family to betray them over ethics.
Likes: Bendy, Henry (as a person he can taunt but occasionally appreciates him as the Creator), chew toys (most not actually toys), playing fetch and other games, eating everything, chasing vehicles, ink baths, the junkyard, Bendyland
Dislikes: The Machine, Joey, the Sheep (he finds them a nuisance), not getting what he wants, being discouraged, infighting among his toon brethren, humans, Transformers (specifically Autobots except Bumblebee), being hungry for too long, intruders in the studio
Weaknesses: Technically not many, especially on the exterior. The most sensitive area to hit outside is his eyes because blinding him temporarily can buy time. His interior is more delicate including the furnace which contains his fuel fire for his engine. Dampening that can cause lack of functionality which opens him to a more vulnerable position of attack. His seats can be desecrated briefly causing massive amounts of pain and striking any part inside of his caboose can make him suffer just as much. To actually bring him down though is unknown.
Strength: He can push several tons of weight horizontally and lift up to twenty tons vertically with enough momentum. Ramming vehicles can shatter them while ramming Transformers can cause massive amounts injuries that would be mostly internal. Titanium and concrete don’t bother him too much but perhaps too many hits in one go can eventually cause him a splitting headache.
Intelligence: Casey isn’t the smartest of the toon species but this can be a result of the dog-like mentality he has where he doesn’t think too much before he acts. He does show cases of supreme intelligence when dealing with planning against and torturing his prey. He is also a superb hunter capable of strategizing and catching prey in a timely manner. For a train, he’s not bad in terms of predatory stamina and calculative behavior. Other than that, he’s not an extremely mindful person like Bendy is.
Speed: The maximum he’s ever been clocked at is 145 MPH on the roads. Tracks allow him to go up to 170 MPH but he tends not to go that fast without purpose. His normal rate is 90 MPH on roads and 120 MPH on tracks. Having two types of train styles embedded in his genetics, Casey’s speed is relatively unusual compared to most freight and passenger trains. Since he doesn’t like humans or Transformers, it’s doubtful he’ll slow down if any of them get in his way.
Endurance: His exterior is armored so good luck penetrating it but his interior is not as well protected so his endurance internally isn’t the best. He can take RPGs and tank blasts and if any of them are aimed for his interior, he’ll use his window shutters to block the shots. With enough bombardment, Casey can in fact lose stability in his form and explode into a puddle. Unlike Bendy, Casey takes longer to reappear as there is much more ink to reinstate into a stable body.
Skill: He might not be the most talented of the toons given his limited range of abilities, one talent he has which differs from others is his high velocity teleportation. Casey can crash through walls, floors, and ceilings as well as objects but not leave a trace. Like a sand serpent, he can disappear and reappear anywhere just by diving into something and spawning anywhere he chooses. He can easily choose a spawn when enemies are involved, appearing beside them, above them, or below them and taking them out disappearing where he can crush their bodies from the speed and the amount of ink pouring at them.
Theme Song: Dead Bite (Hollywood Undead)
Bendy and Co are owned by theMeatlyGames.
Casey lll, the Sheep, and Little Ally Doll belong to me.
Notes: Casey is roughly seven to eight train car lengths, each very stretchable to mimic his snake-like movements. He also has black teeth and gums like the black mamba as well as a forked tongue.
