Hey! This is the first piece of Akira fanart I've seen here! Funny how the title is 'weak and powerless', though... he's anything but!
I also like the way you used those lines to represent the buildings and clouds and whatnot... and that guy (Kaneda maybe?) coming through from the background better watch out...

Yeah, I'm having a hard time finding any... it's funny because Akira is well-known, but not currently popular, so no one's really doing anything for it right now...
As for the title... I don't know... even when Tetsuo was really powerful, the only reason he had any control over his power was because of the drugs he was taking... at the end of the film, he's just like he is at the beginning... looking to Kaneda for help. He gets a lot of chances to kill Kaneda and doesn't. I don't think he's ever really strong or powerful in the true sense of the words.
Yay for slightly abstract background! and yay, that's meant to be Kaneda emerging from the dust clouds or whatever that is. 8D
