Interesting, the anatomy and animation of the running rabbit seems flawless. Perhaps adding color, rushing scenery, and frantic sounds could make it much more realistic. Even if it's just a sketch, it makes it look 3-D somehow.

Tvpaint is such convenient program to work with. It feels like a paper and has this pencil and watercolor effect and everything.
Inbetweening is very easy thanks to its advanced light table panel and traditional pencil shade makes very nice 3D effect just like in the film The Snowman.
With the vibrant texture tool it was bit hard to make the cycle look solid at first. First I panned to use more colors and add background, but I was afraid it would ruin the flow, but I'll strive to improve on that part.

I fell in love with this show as a kid. The animation was so cute, fluid and realistic. It inspired me to try more time consuming animation style.
