She should let Talia Star, one of my OCs, handle that. SheΒ΄d hook YangΒ΄s scroll up to the mental control interface thatΒ΄s used to control the arm, thus allowing Yang to control her scroll with her mind, too. Yep, Yang would be able to telepathically communicate with other scrolls, if you will. 
Like, Yang could just think "Call Ruby" and sheΒ΄d hear it dialing in already. Then she could just think of what she wanted to say, and Ruby would hear it as usual. Of course, Yang would have to learn a lot about not thinking different things than what she wanted to say, but sheΒ΄ll be fine.

The arm reminds me of Ash William's knight armor prosthetic hand from the movie, Army of Darkness. Its even on the right hand.

It is the left arm. But I guess things were changed for this picture since Yang is missing the right arm. Personally a FMA-based picture would have been better, less horrifying and traumatic than Berserk.
