I don't know about you, but I think somewhere in the Turian Hierarchy, I do think they have high class courtesans somewhere. Like that asari consort back in ME1*, acquiring their services are not easy to get. Only those in the higher tier positions can get to them, since being a courtesan is a respectable position for the most part.

*Apologies if I get the lore wrong there, it's been a while since I've last played the ME trilogy.
