I haven't completed the game, yet, but I noticed Dust never fed Fidget.

He did: when at the map screen, look above the map. You'll see Fidget in one of several random animations, one of which is this one.

Oh sweet...! I've only today started fully play Elysian Tail, and already I just LOVE Fidget, for some reason I just wanna take her from the screen and hug her and squeez her and call her George... well maybe not that last part... but I would certainly would love to hug her. Tightly! :3
