My entry for contest. It didn't turn out too badly, but... kinda disappointed with it. I called it peace, but during the time I was painting it I went through mood swings... I find it a little ironic, cause painting it wasn't really peaceful at all.Done with oils

aaw I have hit my head hard many times, one time I slipped when I was climbing up a rock and hit my head to the granite, and one time I fell headfirst to ice from my bicycle. Those events just made me more stupid. D:

I envy you for knowing how to even get close to oils, lol
I think it's wonderful, even if you weren't feeling the piece the waterfall and green foliage are so soothing. My favorite part is the texture of the paint I can actually see. I'm just nuts for texture in paintings, I don't know why.
Also I love the facial expression, it looks like he's saying, "Why have you come? Welcome, stranger."
