In the Animation Pane Set, grab the specific model part, then drag it onto the model part you want locked onto it.

It's the heavy's tutu, just re-color it to purple.

u also have to have TF2 installed as well mate

Just search "tutu" in SFM and it should be the only one there. Β You're probably going to have to re-size it as well.
