Here's the last commission for . A redesign of my Ben 10 alien character Lightwire.

Species: Neogalions

Powers and Abilities:

-He is able to absorb neon energy from a neon source for energy

-Shoots Neon energy blast

-Can form force fields around himself or other people.

-His body changes colors depending on how much neon energy he absorbs.

Weakness:

-He glows in the dark which makes him very visible at night.

-He can run out of neon energy fast so he has to constantly need to absorb a neon source of energy.
