EDIT: I uploaded another version without the coloured bg....I dunno which one looks better...haha...should I stick with the one withoug a bg or with the coloured bg here [link] ? Finished colouring it~ (scanner is a bit off with the colours again...xD)

you're very talented! Your lines are so clean, how to you do that? *envies* I think the background adds a little something extra, makes her stand out a little more maybe? I am really jealous of your talent though, with the colouring, lines and just in general skillz~,333 have a platefull of cookies you deserve it lots.

it takes several process to make the lineart nice...I usually inked my sketch then make a photocopy to colour it, sometimes the lines doesn't show too nice on the copy so I would just go over it with black pen/crayon again......

Isn't that always the case with scanners - they sap the quality out of traditional media? In any case, I think you did an excellent job with this piece! She's absolutely adorable and her detail on her dress and hair is appealing. I particularly like her staff, it's such a pretty design!

I wish I can work on my cg skills more but unfortunately, I'm still very computer illeterate.
