Can you use this as DevID backrounds or Donation Box backrounds? I've tried but then my DevID doesn't show up just the text does. Same with the Donation Box. The donation bar doesn't show up but the text does.

I know you have to be a PM in order to use this, but what I'm not understanding is that you have the custom box with groups, and you don't have to be a PM in order too use this.
I wanted to know, I do have the custom box thanks to groups, but is it limited? I can't get an image to appear on it. Such as a CSS- and I can't figure out if that's because i need to get a Premium membership BEFORE I am able to use a CSS with the with the box?

I changed my background and made the 'text box' area where all my text go, but how do I change the color of that box? The original doesn't complement my background very much.
