I took a little liberty with the skin tones, because she is half human. When the Cardassians where first introduced in TNG, the were quite pinkish-tan looking. In the current books, there is a tenuous alliance between the Federation and Cardassia.

Perhaps a mixture of human skin tone and gray Cardassian would be realistic.  Like the skin tone of Tora Ziyal when played by Melanie Smith.  It has a slight pinkish tinge unlike a full-blooded Cardassian's.
