Looks Great! All I have found so far are pre-2010 files. Are there any updated bridge files out there to experiment with? I've bought bridge sets from VansihingPoint. They're very high quality bridge sets. But I would like to find an newer file like Ptrope has created.
Thanks.

Check his ShareCG page, there might be something newer there. Or the Star Trek topic thread at the Daz3d forums.

lol, I'm glad someone else is doing this as well with IRay. I had some old renders before with a NX Bridge made by JHoagland (now sold at Renderosity under the name Starship bridge 1,2,3 (its a combo of his first 3 sets)), and now I started to move around some of the material zones and light up the set . Did you have to make new Mat zones on this as well to do this? It looks very nice. Only one thing unless this is due to the look you wanted. Is the over head light on red alert? its kinda dark in there...lol

Nope, I just applied the shaders available from Daz. I wanted the overall lighting to be somewhat dim to enhance the screen and buttons illumination. When I add characters, I planned to add more lighting to highlight them.

I needed to hand-edit the .duf file to remove the absolute paths before /Runtime, but after that it worked fine.
Putting in a bright overhead plane emitter brings the brightness up in a way similar to an ambient light with little trouble.

Question: Isn't it a little dark for a standard work shift?

thank you. It took a lot of time and fiddling to get all the lighting to where I wanted it.
