Finally, I can relax after all the hard work today. Chose to make my own birthday cake. Took me six hours and my back and knees are excruciatingly in pain, but it was quite an experience. Baked the two layers yesterday and leveled/frosted/piped it today after chilling over night. Flavour was red velvet with lemon frosting. My very first time baking too and it came out well. Very symbolic even. It reminded me of my family, and the times we had Hispanic parties. I just wish my Grandma had a slice. It was her birthday too. Also, three candles cuz of the universe and blue for Elazul from LoM.
