Description
This was the first painting I did of the Eighth Doctor, inspired by Paul McGann's spirited portrayal in the TV Movie, in 1996.Such adventures I've enjoyed as a result of, and since that first painting!
Acrylic paint on thick paper. Approx A3 1998

Lovely work, I like how the stars show through the shadows. I can almost imagine this coming out of the vortex in the opening credits of the 1990's TV series that never was...
