I can't and never did claim, or aim for 100% accuracy in all of the details. I can only claim artistic license.
I hope people will enjoy the art for what it is: an illustration of a lovely short story, and not see all the faults. That's my job.

It amuses me how the train resembles the Hogwarts Express as visualized by the movies. As this was made in 2003, I wonder if inspiration came from that.

In Vampire Science, the women doctor who went into the Tardis saw a train set running,is this the one?In that story the mention of the train set almost makes me cry.He is such a child.
Which series does this story belong to?

It probably is the same train set, as Vampire Science was written by Kate Orman and her partner, Jon Blum, who wrote the short story 'Train Set', which this painting is based upon.

Yep, I'm a fan. ;o)
The line-up of people on the platform are indeed past Doctors, but with them are a group of good friends of mine(who are fond of dressing as their fave Doctor) ...and me.

Another beautiful picture of 8. You're a big fan of him too? I want to ask though, what's the line up of the people at the train station? I recognize many Doctors, but it looks like you have two 8's and lots of people i don't know.

If I win the lottery, I will be commissioning you all the time for 8th Doctor works! Gorgeous I love how you capture him. He even looks like Paul McGann (not many 8th dr artists can do that!). Love it x
