Keepaway is apart of the 700 series, number 771
Group -

He is a Toucan-mix-Shark like Experiment, Jumba used some earth DNA in the mix. His primary function is to steal items of personal value away from their owners; before taking it away from them, he dangles in front of their faces in the air, just barely out of reach. Hence the name Keepaway as a chase would break out soon after he gets away with the goods!

Keepaway's pod is shiny and golden to attract thieves to take it and add it to their own treasure haul, then once activated he can snatch some of the loot.

His one true place after 'turning good' is to steal back rare artifacts and priceless jewelry back from the thieves who stole it first. He considers himself a spy and gets to travel the world on missions.
He was considered to help Finder at the beach but was far to competitive , causing more trouble then he could help there.
Keepaway is not only flight capable but also fully aquatic, he has gills to breathe underwater for long periods of time, a powerful shark like tail and webbed feet.
