Hey guysThere's are the design poster for the Axem Ranger robots I ended up created for Chapter 12 part 3 of Mario and Luigi: The Mask
The robots are inspired from enemies from the Mario Universe.
Reds is a Yoshi
Greens is a Chain Chomp
Black's is based off a TryClyde
Yellows is based off a Spike Blop
Pinks is based off a Albatoss
These robots of course in Power Rangers fashion assemble into 1 big robot that we have yet to see in the series but I have a basic design for.
The Sprites for the Axem Rangers X are not actually designed by me, they belong to Alvin Earthworm who was awesome enough to let me use these sprites in my sprite series.
I gave them the nick name Zoids because I don't think I should use the term Zord but use a similar sounding name. [EDIT] Interestingly it turns out Zoids actually means mechanical suits shaped like animals and the term comes from a TV show of the same name that came out in the late 90's. So basically I've accidentally picked a name for them that actually refers to what they actually are. lol
