Four years through apocalypse.I was recently doing some extensive research into WW1 - its causes, all the tactics involved, technology, etc. And I just felt inspired to make something like this.

All right. Well, the expression of Germany is just perfect, but you have to work more the illuminacion and never use tones of black to do the shadow(Unless the drawing is black and white).
Use tones of yellow or orange to illumination (but depends on the situation, in this case you would use orange for being in the context of war and explosions) and blue and purple tones to the shadow.
That's all, I hope you understand and that I helped. (But those are critical to improving the drawing, does not mean that I did not like it, the drawing it's amazing) ^^
